A Geofence rule has two key parts:

Field	Description
Applies To	The system internally sets this value to PegaMKT-Work-Offer. This value must not be changed and is consequently not shown on the Create and Save As forms.
Geofence Name	Enter a unique name for the Geofence rule in the short description field. Tab or click the mouse pointer outside the field to populate the value for this key in the Identifier field.

Rule resolution

Full rule resolution applies to Geofence rules. When searching for Geofence rules, the system:

Filters candidate rules based on a requestor's RuleSet list of RuleSets and versions
Searches through ancestor classes in the class hierarchy for candidates when no matching rule is found in the starting class
Finds circumstance-qualified rules that override base rules
Finds time-qualified rules that override base rules
