Marketing work objects

Pega Marketing includes the following top-level work objects:

Multi-Channel Campaign - A Multi-Channel Campaign (or simply Campaign) allows you to use intelligent segmentation and analytics to deliver the right offer to the right customer on the right channel at the right time. Create, configure, and execute Campaigns to send Offers to your customers, respond to triggered events, and furnish content to web containers.
Outbound Campaign - An Outbound Campaign allows you to promote a single offering to your desired audience. You can also set goals for your Outbound Campaign and monitor their performance.
Checklist - A Checklist represents a set of actionable steps needed to accomplish an objective.
