Create Outbound Campaigns to promote a single offering and monitor its performance.

Outbound Campaign features include:

• Simplified canvas which includes all Outbound Campaign details in a single view
• Visual card paradigm for easier Outbound Campaign building
• Three step approach to creating a multi-channel Outbound Campaign
• „Traceable goals and the ability to monitor their performance

Access

Use the Campaigns landing page to view the Outbound Campaigns in your system, This landing page is accessible via the Campaigns link in the Pega Marketing portal's left navigation.

Database table

Outbound Campaign work objects are instances of the PegaMKT-Work-GuidedProgram class. They are stored in the mkt_work database table.
