Purpose

E-mail server data instances represent a physical e-mail server. Email listeners connect to the server represented by the data object and then route messages from the server to e-mail service rules.

To create e-mail servers, as well as e-mail listeners and e-mail service rules, use the Email Accelerator. See About the Email Accelerator

Access

To access e-mail server data objects, use the Rules by Type Explorer and expand the Integration-Resources category, or click the Email Servers link in the Resources area of the Integration slice ().

Each e-mail listener data instance references an email server data instance, as the first key part.
