A ticket rule is an instance of the Rule-Obj-Ticket rule type, or a name identified as a parameter in the Obj-Set-Ticket method.
On the Diagram tab of a flow rule, the shape identifies a reference to a ticket rule.
A ticket can mark processing that occurs when an external event interrupts the normal planned progress of a work object through a flow.
For example, a ticket can start the back-out processing that can occur when a customer withdraws the request that caused the work object to be created in the first case.
Ticket rules are not related to trouble tickets, an informal name for work objects that in some help desk applications.
