Complete this tab to define the settings for the capture of the interaction data (response). IS dimension and measurement fields are automatically retrieved from the Interaction Services database tables in the DSM service layer. The information in this tab is referenced by the Capture Response shape used in flows.

Section/Field |
Description |
Behavior |
Select the property that defines the behavior dimension of the interaction. Then, select the Response dimension. The rule does not support combining behavior and response dimension levels in a single composite value (for example: Positive-Accept). You must limit the application to provide or pass through properties the value corresponding to the appropriate level since combining dimension levels in a composite value is only supported in Adaptive Model rules. |
Response |
Select the property that defines the response dimension. |
Audit Notes |
Check this box if you want interaction execution details captured in the case history. |
Customer Segmentation |
This section maps the properties that segment customer dimension information. In the Segment field, select a property to identify a customer segment. In the Sub Segment field, select a property to identify a customer sub-segment. |
Organization Hierarchy |
This section defines the organization hierarchy that provides the application dimension. Check the Use default Organization hierarchy box if you want to use your application's organization to provide the dimension. Uncheck it if you want to use another organization. Then, select the Organization, Division, Unit, and/or Operator properties that define the alternate organization. |
Contact |
This section maps properties that identify the response context information. In the Category field, select a property to identify the response category. In the Reason field, select a property to identify the response reason. |
Customer Response |
This section maps properties that identify whether the proposition was offered as a single proposition or as part of a proposition bundle. Leave the box unchecked if you want to identify the offer as a single proposition. Then, select the property that identifies the Selected Proposition. Check the Dealing with Bundle Propositions box if you want to identify the customer response as part of a proposition bundle. When checked, select the properties that identify the Bundle Parent and Bundle Members associated with the proposition. |
Measurements |
This section maps properties that identify the values for measurements if you want to include them in the interaction. You can select a property to identify the property that define any of the following measurements: Accepts, Fulfilled, MaxBudget, Priority, Propensity, Rank, Revenue, TargetBudget, and Weight. |
