Complete this tab to define the customer and work IDs for recording the interaction history in the Interaction Services database tables.

Description
Customer ID

SmartPromptSelect the property that identifies the customer ID.
Work ID

SmartPromptSelect the property that identifies the Work ID. This field associates the interaction records with a work object and can also be used to retrieve extended information about a case from the interaction history.
