Adding a top-level case type

Use the case type wizard to create case types that accomplish work in your application.

To start the wizard:

  1. In the navigation panel, click Cases to view the list of current case types in your application.

  2. Click + Add a case type and run the wizard by doing the following actions:

    1. Naming your case type.

    2. Defining stages in the life cycle of the case type.

After you add a new case type to your application, you can create cases by using the + Create menu.
