Inbound

Use the Inbound shape to specify the content that the system should return when an inbound application, such as Next-Best-Action Advisor (NBAA), requests this Offer to display or use within their application.

Note You should only have one Inbound shape in an Offer flow. Having multiple Inbound shapes in the same Offer flow can cause non-deterministic behavior in resolving the content to return to the inbound application.

Completing the Automation details section

The following configuration options are present on this section:

Description

Section SmartPrompt, combo box, selection list Enter the name of the Section rule (Rule-HTML-Section) to use. The system returns the content of this treatment when an inbound application (such as NBAA) makes a request for this Offer's content.
Channel Enter the inbound channel for the treatment. The system defaults this value to CallCenter.
