Use the Schedule Appointment shape to schedule and configure follow-up work to be performed at a particular point in the Offer flow life cycle.

Completing the Appointment Details section

Use this section to configure the details of the appointment. The following configuration options are present in this section:

Select Assignee

Choose from the following options:

• Current Operator - Select this option to route the appointment to the operator that launches the Offer.
• Specify Operator - Select this option to route the appointment to a specific operator. Use the Operator field to specify the desired operator.
• Workbasket - Select this option to route the appointment to a specific workbasket. Use the Workbasket field to specify the desired workbasket.

Schedule Options

Choose from the following options:

• Relative Date - Select this option to set the appointment time relative to the time when this shape is processed in the Offer. Additionally, specify the following fields:
  • Number of days
  • Time of appointment
  • Time Zone
  • Business Days? Enable this check box to apply the relative number of days using only business days.
• Specify Date - Select this option to specify the date and time for the appointment.

Use the Instructions field to specify any instructions to aid in processing the scheduled appointment.
