Update Status

Use the Update Status shape to specify the status of the Offer as it works its way through various stages of the Offer flow. You can use this status to determine the appropriate path to be taken down a subsequent branch in the Offer flow execution. You can also use this shape to record Behavior and Response information for the Offer into Interaction History.

The following configuration options are present on this section:

Field

Description

Work Status SmartPrompt, combo box, selection list Specify the status of the Offer after the system executes this step. The out-of-the-box values are:
  • New
  • OfferSent
  • Resolved-OfferAccepted
  • Resolved-OfferExpired
  • Resolved-OfferRejected
Behavior SmartPrompt, combo box, selection list Specify the behavior of the customer to the particular Offer. This information gets stored in History (Interaction Services). The out-of-the-box values are:
  • Negative
  • Neutral
  • Positive
Response SmartPrompt, combo box, selection list Specify the response of the customer to the particular Offer. This information gets stored in History (Interaction Services). The out-of-the-box values are:
  • Accepted
  • NoResponse
  • Pending
  • Rejected
