A Contact Policy rule has two key parts:

Applies To | The system automatically sets this value to the Customer class for your application (e.g. PegaMKT-Data-Customer). This value must not be changed and is consequently not shown on the Create and Save As forms. |
Contact Policy Name | Enter a unique name for the Contact Policy rule in the short description field. Tab or click the mouse pointer outside the field to populate the value for this key in the Identifier field. |
