Use the Send Multiple Treatments shape to configure treatments to be delivered across different channels (currently email, SMS, and Passbook) and specify the logic which determines the channel to use for delivery. When the Offer Flow executes, the system determines the correct delivery channel and delivers the treatment specified for this channel.

Choose between the following two options for determining the delivery channel:
Let the Strategy and Offer determine which channel to use - Select this option to allow strategy execution (as part of Campaign execution) determine the delivery channel. You can alternately set/reset the channel value (.OfferData.pyChannel property) directly in the Offer flow prior to this shape.Use a Decision Rule to determine which channel to use - Select this option to use a decision rule for determining the delivery channel. Additionally, select between Decision Table and Decision Tree as the Decision Type and specify the name of the rule in the Decision Rule field.Treatments
