Complete the Finalize tab to configure the finalization schedule, notifications, and post-finalization activity for the Output Template. Finalization triggers the system to write any pending data (yet to be written) to the output file/table. For the Overwrite existing data writing option, finalization also triggers the system to convert the staging output container (.Lock file or _LOCK table) to its proper version (without the "lock" in its name).

For file output templates, you can also check the Attach File check box to have the system attach the finalized output file to the notification email.
