Multi-Channel Campaigns
Interacting with the Campaign display

The Campaign display enables you to configure your Campaign, launch it, and monitor its progress and performance. You initiate all actions for the Campaign and for individual runs from this display. Initially, the Campaign display is geared towards Campaign configuration. Once you launch the Campaign, the display switches to a monitoring view and provides you with various tools to monitor your Campaign.

Both these views share the following common elements:

• Header - The header provides you with basic information about the Campaign - its name, work id, and status. The header also includes action buttons which you can utilize to initiate actions on the Campaign.
• Overview pane - The overview pane (on the right) displays details about various Campaign configurations.
