My Console is a new personalized dashboard for Pega Community members. It brings together all your Community activities—training, events, forums, and support—in one place, along with content recommendations tailored to your role and interests.

Currently, you navigate between different areas of Pega Community (Academy, Forums, Events, etc.) to stay on top of everything. My Console puts it all in one unified space, making it easier to see what needs your attention and discover personalized content. 

My Console is launching in October 2026. We'll share more specific timing as we get closer to launch. 

Yes, My Console will be available to all registered Pega Community members. 

When My Console launches, you'll be automatically redirected from the current Academy Dashboard to the new experience. No action is needed on your part. 

No. All your progress, completed courses, earned certifications, and activity history will transfer completely to My Console. Nothing will be lost. 

Yes. Your engagement rank, activity history, and all tier progress will be fully preserved and visible in My Console. 

My Console includes widgets for: 
 

• Training: See assigned missions and personalized recommendations 

• Events: Discover upcoming events and Expert Circle recommendations 

• Forums: View replies, @mentions, and trending discussions 

• Support: Track your support tickets prioritized by urgency 

• Engagement Rank: Monitor your tier progress and what's needed to advance 

My Console is your personalized hub. You'll still access full content libraries, detailed event pages, and forums the same way—My Console just makes it easier to see what's relevant to you. 

Yes. You'll have options to personalize your dashboard based on your interests and role. Details on customization options coming soon. 

Your Console will be associated with your Pega Community account. We will share instructions on accessing it closer to launch date. 

No. When My Console launches, you'll be automatically transitioned over. Just continue using Pega Community as you normally would. 

Yes! First-time users will get a guided tour of My Console showing you how to use all the features. 

Yes. My Console is designed to be responsive and work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

My Console will support all modern browsers. Specific compatibility details coming closer to launch.
