Overview
Constellation Operational Intelligence Components include four reusable components that enhance Pega Constellation applications with operational monitoring, risk assessment, security validation, and improved user interaction. The SLA Countdown Timer provides a visual countdown to SLA deadlines with urgency indicators such as On Track, At Risk, Critical, and Breached, using case data directly from Pega. The Risk Score Gauge displays scores through animated gauge visualizations with configurable ranges, zones, and color schemes, making it suitable for risk, compliance, and credit scoring scenarios. The Password Strength component performs real-time password validation against configurable security rules. The Input with Badge component adds visual status badges to input fields for better context and usability. All components are self-contained and require no external API integrations.
