Overview
This offering includes two assistants designed to simplify application modernization by automating Process Fabric Hub (PFH) setup and enabling migration from Customer Service UI‑Kit to Constellation.
Process Fabric Hub Setup Assistant
The Process Fabric Hub Setup Assistant automates the steps required to register a traditional application with Process Fabric Hub. Accessible from App Studio → Settings, it creates and updates all required rules and configurations within the producer application to enable seamless PFH registration.
The assistant is not limited to Customer Service and can be used with any Pega Platform application, significantly reducing manual effort and improving configuration consistency.
Migration Assistant
The Migration Assistant is a guided transition tool that helps customers move critical configurations and assets from Customer Service UI‑Kit to Customer Service Constellation applications. Available from App Studio → Settings, it provides a step‑by‑step wizard to package, export, and import key components such as Pega Call channels, application configurations, and Tasks and Categories.
This approach ensures a more reliable, repeatable, and structured migration experience.
