Overview

Nova CS Launch delivers Pega Customer Service as a complete, production-ready platform through a packaged, time-boxed engagement. The implementation covers a 360° interaction view, service case types for the client's highest-volume journeys, omnichannel engagement (voice, chat, email, messaging, self-service), knowledge management in the flow of work, operational reporting, and DX API v2 enablement for digital channels. Delivery follows four phases: Discover & Blueprint (weeks 1–2), Foundation Sprint (weeks 3–4), Configure & Prove (weeks 5–8), and Go Live & Hypercare (weeks 9–10 onward), followed by a structured expansion rhythm that adds journeys, channels, and AI capabilities in measured waves. Two entry packages (8 and 12 weeks) and a quarterly-wave scale option let clients match scope to ambition.
