Overview
Enhance your Pega applications' user experience with enterprise knowledge data. Pega offers two applications to manage and showcase your enterprise knowledge. Pega Knowledge Management allows you to curate and publish articles and utilize Pega GenAI Knowledge Buddy to interact with your data.
Pega provides Knowledge Buddy gadget that extends the capabilities of Pega Knowledge Buddy to your application, whereas Pega Knowledge gadget extends both the capabilities of Pega Knowledge Buddy and Pega Knowledge Management, to talk to your data and view the articles from your application. These gadgets are easy to set up with various configuration options, providing infrastructure to connect to Pega Knowledge applications and inject UI widgets into existing interfaces.
Knowledge Buddy Gadget is compatible starting from Pega Platform 8.7.6 and can be added to both UIKIT and Theme Cosmos applications, on constellation it is only supported on Pega Platform 24.1 and above. Pega Knowledge Gadget is compatible on Pega Platform 24.1.
