The Environment 360 Portal under The HCLTech ADvantageTM Pega Suite, provides a one-stop portal for development and QA engineers in comparing several instances (or stages) such as Dev, SIT, UAT, Sandbox, Load & Performance and Production boxes to make sure the setup is done in a standardized format with respect to the configurations, DSS and Pega rules. In addition, it also provides a feature to compare the database tables, number of records and various columns in the table across instances to verify the tables having static data such as supported products (in Bank/Insurance), list of SMEs to route the work item, etc. The DB Health monitoring feature focuses on troubleshooting and finding root cause for unreasonable performance degradation in any environment. The unified portal gets a 360-degree view on the operational specs and insights in one-portal than making the support teams act as keyboard warriors or Alt-Tab Champion by toggling multiple windows for fetching the info.
