Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Set only two portal dynamic containers
- Search for a case, for example, case 1. Case 1 loads
- Search for a second case, for example, case 2
Root Cause
User has customized the FindWorkGadget control which opened multiple threads instead of replacing the existing thread.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Remove the customization of the FindWorkGadget control and use the out-of-the-box version.
