Validation messages do not display in read-only mode

Summary
In the grid column properties, the 'Show validation messages in read-only mode' option is enabled. However, error does not display for a property which is in the Read only mode. The error displays only when the property is in the Edit mode.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a property and configure a grid.
- Use this property in the grid in two ways, one directly in the grid and the other as a section include.
- Trigger some validation on submit of a flow action for this property.
- Ensure that the property is in the Read only mode.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The validation error display depending on the configuration. That is, if the property is included directly to the grid or used in a section which is added as a section include in the grid.
