ActionChangeWorkSLA activity requeues process later than goal
The ActionChangeWorkSLA out-of-the-box activity requeues the process for more than 10 minutes which is later than the goalTime.
Steps to Reproduce
- Apply a case level SLA. Depending on a property from a particular case, the goal and deadline are generated. Once the goal and deadline time is generated, the property used to create the SLA goal and deadline may change.
- If the property changes, use the ActionChangeWorkSLA to reset the SLA queue to set the new goal and deadline time. Once the property value changes, the particular case's goal and deadline is updated and the old queue is removed from the SLA queue. However, the new queue is not generated immediately after the old queue is removed. This takes more than 10 minutes to process the goal action specified from the goalTime.

Perform the following local change to add SLA queue items to Queue Management.
Add a commit for the object in the ActionChangeWorkSLA.
