There were 1 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new shortcut rule.
- Click the Category drop down.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ rule.
The PZISNOTINDECISIONMANAGERPORTAL When rule was referred in two Pega DecisionEngine Category rules - pzBatchRunsCategory and pzPropositionsCategory. However, the Pega DecisionEngine ruleset was not included as part of the custom application.
When a shortcut rule was created, the list of the available categories were either empty or incorrect. An exception was generated when there were categories, in the system, with Visibility When rules configured on them and which did not exist in the current application.
