Chevrons for case stages do not display post upgrade to Pega 7.3.


Error Messages



Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Update from Pega 7.1.9 to Pega 7.3
  2. Open a case flow and navigate to the second stage
  3. In the tabbed layout, select the second tab. The case stages section does not display


Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules. The case stages section do not display on reload.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

1. Use the pyDisplayStages section to display the Chevrons
2. Select the 'Defer Load Contents' option in the parent dynamic layout
