In iframe, on hover page moves up automatically

Summary
Pega Mashup code when embedded in another application and accessed, the Hover on Column label that displays the SmartInfo scrolls the page to the top of screen (scroll To(0,0)).

Steps to Reproduce
- In a grid, configure a column element.
- In that element, add an action set (hover, smart info). The application is accessed by another site.
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and hover quickly in that column. The page scrolls up.
Root Cause
The SmartInfo is used to display less data and not the complete table.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change to display the data:
Modify the design to use a modal dialog instead.
