Steps to Reproduce
Invoke Connect-SOAP rule and check the clipboard page for response data to observe the issue.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. Pega calls an RPC/encoded SOAP service.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22455.
