Summary
Pega Mashup dos not load after enabling the Whole-of-government Application Analytics (WOGAA), Singapore standard for monitoring tool. The issue is specific to iOS. Mashup loads successfully on Android phones. Mashup fails to load on MAC machine while using the Safari or Chrome browser.

Root Cause
A third-party product issue. An issue with WOGAA setting for iOS devices.
Resolution
WOGAA team performed a tweak at their end to cater to the Safari browser.
