a . Set Property-Set-Corr to the correspondence rule.
b. Call SendEmailNotification to send email with the content of the correspondence rule.
3. Use the activity as a utility in the flow.
4. Observe that the structure of the data content is not maintained.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution

Dynamic layout ,css will not be carried out to email.

The only way the css/styles/Div can be carried is by using non-auto generated sections with inline styles and in parallel an enhancement request is also raised so that it can be addressed in near future.

Note: An enhancement request, FDBK-18322, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
