In Pega Sales Automation™ 26, Sales Assistant sits in the navigation pane of the user portal and stays with the seller through the work. The release adds agentic workflows such as Prepare for meeting and Agentic Whitespace Analysis, and Sales Assistant starts a workflow from a plain request.

Sales Assistant does more than answer questions. It works inside a governed workflow that identifies opportunities, prioritizes the work, coordinates the activities, and moves the sales process forward using business rules and AI. A seller sees a suggested action and the related record, so they can act without leaving the assistant.
