Overview

Accenture’s UI Migration Assistant Tool automates the migration of existing Pega applications built on traditional Pega UI on UI-Kit to either Cosmos UI or Constellation UI, significantly reducing the effort involved in the process. Below are the tool capabilities: Target UI Framework Selection: Choose between Theme-Cosmos or Constellation based on your specific needs and feasibility. • For Cosmos UI: o Create a new skin based on the Cosmos skin o Generate reports that identify overridden rules from the UI-Kit ruleset o Identify Sections that are not aligned with design templates o Bulk upgrade non-template Sections to use design templates • For Constellation UI: o Mark rules as relevant to ensure compliance with App Studio. o Bulk convert Sections to Views. o Generate detailed reports outlining the manual configuration steps needed to align the application with the Pega Constellation Design System
