Overview
This component provides entity synchronization and keeps data consistent between Pega Common application and Pega Sales Automation application respecting the corresponding application's data models. This enables Pega Common application to send entity changes to Pega Sales Automation application for data synchronization.
The synchronization mechanism uses queue-based processing, maintains entity mappings in the spine DB table and maintains audit records to track synchronization attempts and identify the failures.
This synchronization supports the following entities.
- Contact
- Business account
- Contact and Business Account relationship
- Product
