The component architecture helps in plugging it into existing Pega applications or into new applications. Solution provides flexibility to connect to general LLMs like Azure Open AI or client's fine tune models and also can leverage AWS utilities or Mphasis NextLab utilities for activities such as Text Extraction, Summarization, document classification, Pega Case properties population from the attached files.
