Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Now

Pega Client Lifecycle Management Now (CLM Now) component was built to address demands from the market regarding the need to have a lightweight solution, which is geared towards non-CIB financial institutions. Architecturally, the component is a new orchestration and presentation layer which is built on top of the existing Pega CLM application.

The CLM Now package provides a set of journeys which can be used to onboard customers in the following business segments:

• Consumer Retail Customer Onboarding
• Commercial and Medium Business Customer Onboarding
• Wealth Management Customer Onboarding

One key aspect of CLM Now is that it was developed in such a way to allow Pega Sales Consultants, implementation partners, and clients to make simple configuration changes using Pega’s low-code authoring tool called App Studio.

While the initial version of CLM Now is not completely App Studio compliant, many of the features and functions were built to:

1. enable users to configure the application using this tool and
2. provide users with a reference architecture that demonstrates how CLM can be configured for less complex onboarding and KYC requirements outside CIB (and followed as a blueprint if the customer sees fit).

CLM Now can be downloaded and installed by anyone licensed for the standard Pega CLM product.
