Stopwatch icon being cut off when ShowLogOff activity is run

Summary
Since upgrading to Pega 7.1.7, the stopwatch icon in the upper left corner of the modal dialog is being cut-off using the LogOffTimer HTML dialog in the application.

Steps to Reproduce
Run the ShowLogOff activity to open the modal window.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
1. Create a new HTML rule e.g. MyLogoffTimer with the below style block.
2. Save the ‘available’ activity rule ShowLogoffTimer into an open ruleset and reference the above HTML.
