Steps to Reproduce
- Produce an error when creating or starting the case.
- Reload the screen by clicking F5 (Internet Explorer 11 browser). The Section HarnessFail execution error: null displays.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
A blank step page caused the NullPointerException on a page refresh when errors were present in the case life cycle. A Clipboard page was not added to the ste[ of New(Work)-.Activity.
Resolution
Apply HFix-54504.
