Error Messages
StreamServiceException: Cannot add new node. Make sure all listed nodes are available or reattach the volume from one of these nodes to this node.

Steps to Reproduce
Upgrade Pega Marketing Communications 8.1.5 to Pega Marketing Communications 8.3.1
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Remove /opt/tomcat8/kafka-data
- Truncate the below tables:
- pr_data_stream_nodes;
- pr_data_stream_node_updates;
- pr_data_stream_sessions;
- Perform a Rolling restart of the Stream nodes
