Mphasis Productivity Efficiency and Capacity Utilization Dashboard offers an easy view into the productivity and capacity utilization of Pega teams.

This dashboard can be used across all domains and industries. Program managers, scrum masters, clients, technology managers, and enterprise architects can get a quick view into the team's efficiency and take necessary actions (if needed) based on trends that are seen.

This component is outcome-based and ensures clients and businesses are benefited by continuously tracking productivity and capacity utilization. The component has been developed on version 8.5 and can be easily extended for use on other versions.

This governance dashboard is a simple standalone solution. Any customizations (additional graphs, tweaking existing reports to add more columns, etc.), required can be easily fitted in.
