This Pega Marketplace listing includes optional functionality that may utilize Pega GenAI™. Should you wish to utilize any Pega GenAI™ functionality, additional subscription terms and an appropriate license will be required.
The Email Bot feature is enhanced with the integration of Pega GenAI, offering customers an improved user experience and increased automation. This component enables efficient configuration of the Email Channel as well as the email functionalities of Interaction Portal and Pega Email Manager in Constellation.
