Overview

The CLM Self‑Service Hub Accelerator delivers a streamlined, digital onboarding experience that operates in parallel with Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM). Built on Pega Constellation, it enables customers—individuals or organizations—to provide required onboarding information, such as entity details, ownership structures, tax classifications, and supporting documents, through an intuitive, guided interface.
Financial institutions can adapt the accelerator to their needs by configuring branding, workflows, and compliance‑specific data fields. Designed for use with Pega CLM/KYC 25.1 and later, it supports synchronized data exchange between the customer‑facing journey and the core CLM case, ensuring consistency across channels.
By leveraging Pega’s workflow automation, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and integrations with third‑party data providers like Moody’s for organizational data enrichment, the accelerator helps institutions improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance regulatory alignment. The result is a more efficient onboarding process with faster cycle times, lower cost‑to‑serve, and a more seamless customer experience—less customer friction increases customer satisfaction with the financial institution's.
