Overview

AI Driven KYC Deficiency Determination is a microservice‑based, AI‑powered solution that automates the identification of deficiencies in KYC processes. It ingests customer KYC data—such as Name, Address, and supporting document metadata including base64‑encoded files—and uses GenAI models to extract key information from submitted documents. The extracted fields are then evaluated through configurable business rules to detect gaps, mismatches, or missing details, generating a clear deficiency rating (High/Medium/Low) along with structured extracted data. The solution is fully tool‑agnostic and integrates seamlessly with both Pega and non‑Pega systems through standard APIs. By replacing manual review with intelligent automation, AI Driven KYC Deficiency Determination enhances accuracy, reduces operational workload, accelerates KYC processing, and strengthens overall compliance efficiency.
