At its core, My Pega Cloud (MPC) is a centralized self-service portal that gives users real-time visibility, control, and confidence over their Pega Cloud environments. Rather than relying on support teams for routine operations, MPC empowers users across roles — developers, architects, and security specialists — to act independently and proactively.

Self-Service at the Centre
MPC consolidates everything in one place: environment reviews, maintenance schedules, update timelines, and support ticket visibility. Role-based access ensures that each user sees what matters most to them — from log downloads and debugging tools for developers, to connectivity management for security specialists.
Meet the Pega Cloud Assistant
One of the most anticipated highlights was the introduction of the Pega Cloud Assistant — an AI-powered assistant (evolving from the earlier Pega Cloud Buddy) that leverages agentic experiences to summarize account activities and deliver security posture assessments. This feature is set to roll out to all clients within the coming weeks and can be enabled immediately on request.
Smarter Update Assessments
Keeping up with release notes across multiple Pega products is no small task. MPC now offers GenAI-generated impact summaries tailored to your specific deployment — covering key changes, withdrawn features, and known issues — so your team can plan upgrades with confidence and clarity.
Security, Your Way
MPC gives teams granular control over inbound traffic through configurable IP allow lists at the environment or path level. The new Security Center surfaces risks such as unrestricted public access and provides actionable recommendations, with Pega's recommended posture being "deny-by-default."
Environmental Controls
Teams can now perform immediate or scheduled rolling restarts directly from MPC, and download logs with advanced filtering across a full 365-day history — reducing the need to raise support tickets for routine operations.
What's Coming Next
The roadmap includes Studio Access Restrictions (the ability to restrict access to Dev Studio and Admin Studio independently) and Log Viewer integration within MPC to streamline troubleshooting — further extending the platform's self-service capabilities.
