Summary



Unable to open a work object in Mozilla Firefox browser using out-of-the-box Pega 7.2.1.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to Pega 7.2.1 using Windows 10
  2. Launch the Case Manager portal and press F12 for Developer Tools in Mozilla Firefox browser
  3. Open any work object

Root Cause

A backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The onClick function in pzpega_ui_events_infra JavaScript event variable was not defined.


Resolution

Apply HFix-34793
