IndeterminateConditionalException on log in after system restart

Summary



IndeterminateConditionalException when logging in after performing a restart followed by a Linux patch on the server.

Unknown.


Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The error indicates a corruption in the compiled version of the cached class for the UpdateOperatorID activity.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
  1. Log in to System Management Application (SMA)
  2. Navigate to the Advanced tab > Lookup Virtual Table Cache Detail
  3. Reassemble the affected class by providing the class in the following format:
    Class:pxInsID -> Rule-Obj-Activity:!UPDATEOPERATORID
