Parent case lock not released when child is resolved

Summary
A child case is configured with 'Do not lock the parent case when the child case is opened'. On creating parent and child case instances and resolving the child case, resolves the child case. However, the requestor resolving the case retains the lock on the Parent Case and does not release the lock.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a parent and a child case
- Resolve the child case. Check the lock.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The parent case was locked in the Resolve Activity which was not released on commit.
Resolution
Apply HFix-48772.
