Summary

Attempting to pick a flow action from the standard dropdown is failing to switch to that flow action.

Steps to Reproduce

On a perform harness which uses CPMPerform, select a different flow action from the dropdown list.

Root Cause

The Pega_UI_Doc handleActionEvent function was assuming that there is only one html tag whose id attribute is the small integer rank of the chosen flow action.  When there happens to be another such tag, the issue can occur.

Resolution

This is fixed by HFix-10326.
