User is getting continuously spinning busy indicator on Https node.

Busy is Indicator is spinning forever, no error is traced in either PegaRULES, PegaRULES Alert, Application Server logs.

Steps to Reproduce
Clicking on button (doFormSubmit) is resulting in the continuous spinning of the busy indicator,
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment. The problem is in faulty safeURL js api, where decryption is failing.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-20778
