Accessibility validation messages do not display

Summary
When Accessibility mode is enabled and properties are in a dynamic layout, validation messages display incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a 'test' property.
- Create a validate rule to validate when the input is 'test'.
- Add the validate rule in a flow action.
- Run the case type.
- Enter the input as 'test. Only 'Error:' is displayed. The validation message is not displayed.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In the Template mode, the attribute related to Aria was missing from the markup.
Resolution
Apply HFix-48321.
