Additional Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) display after updating the Skin rule. This results in incorrect display of the section.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Navigate to Section Reference and add Dynamic Layout set Expandable on load always
- Update the Skin rule. For example, change line-height or font size of the container and check the generated Skin
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45529.
